How is shipping calculated? Will I be taxed?

Volumetric weight ≈ length × width × height (cm) ÷ volumetric divisor (varies by route, commonly 6000 or 8000). For example, a 3kg but very bulky pillow may be billed as 12kg volumetric. Cainiao assists with the customs declaration; some routes support "prepaid duties / tax-included" (DDP, duties built into freight, no extra local charge), others are collect (paid by the recipient if local customs requires). Duty-free thresholds also differ by country (e.g., Taiwan has a personal-use import exemption; the UK charges VAT on all imports).
